I saw three ships go sailing by
Go sailing by, go sailing by....

Jellyfish! Such simple yet complex in it's structure. Nice to have one in your tank, but aren't something to have floating around you. They're such fascinating creatures really! Brainless, yet fatal. Did you know they have eyes that border their body. Means they see 360. I was glued to a documentary about jellyfish just now, and i'm simply flabbergastedly amused. Like how much can you learn from jelly? A LOT. Aiyah I can't say it all here cause there's too much details. There are hundreds of different species of jellyfish, and their weight ranges from an ounce to 400 pounds. WOOoo.. Here's a good reason why you should go green and rid all your dirty habits. Jellyfish's reproducing mode speeds up at any climatic/temperature/pH etc. change. Basically they multiply faster when there's a change in the environment.

It seriously scares you damn badly if you come across a pool of jellyfish. (as in hundreds and hundreds). I vividly recall the time I was on a boat that was sailing to an island in Goldcoast. (family hol with Joan's ) Joan and I were at the top deck gazing at the sea waters. Then the boat cruised past this blue bobbing thing on the surface. We thought, Aussie's waters very clean right? how come got plastic bag? Then, slowly, more plastic bags appeared... following was this massive clump that spreaded miles and miles. Then WAaah! Sooo many jellyfish???!!!!

There's more then meets the eye. This is probably just a fraction of what we saw.
I remember another jellyfish story... I think it was P6 or sec 1 advanture camp. Part of a bonding activity was to jump into the sea with life jackets on. We were at one side of a quay. Then on the other side, were herds of pink jellies floating around. A few even swam to our side where we were. They look so disgusting lah. Elrk.

So anyway, I shall stop ranting on about deadly jellies before I dream of them. Haha, and I get nightmares especially of deep-sea, aquarium or aquatic stuff. No joke. I get damn scared if I dream that I'm surrounded with huge tanks, or I appear to be 1000 ft deep. Don't know why, but those dreams often seem like there's danger lurking.

For the person I once knew, hope you're feeling better after a week of isolation:

Tragedy struck
At an unknown time.
Before we realise,
Someone is missing from among us.

There was no remorse
Nor anxiety within
Upon receiving news.

Perphaps it was the lack.
Lack of sincerity and truth.
That bridge that connects,
Yet seperates more than ever.

Or is it You.
Your face, so familiar.
Yet really, You are just
A stranger.

One fact you never knew about Tabitha:

She likes to dance.

Okay, fine. She wishes she could dance. Dance like Michael Jackson and Chris Brown!! Haha really! Sometimes when I listen to really rhythmic songs, I'd naturally sing or move to the beat. Nod my head, sway my shoulders. Then I try to dance but, aiyah, can't make it. Did you know, if I hadn't been the selected into netball, I would have auditioned for dance? (eh shuddup)

Remember Micheal J's Thriller? Yea the one where he turns to a zombie... btw in the vid, he only starts singing after about 1 min plus...

and This-is-how-you-do-it :

I have to learn this dance for BMW! booknmusic week

Hey ya'll, Tabs-in-da-house. It's gonna be a short post cause I'm in a rush right now. I promise a relatively long and juicy(maybe not) post the next time k? :)

My parents are amusing. They just discovered the web cam on Mom's new laptop a while ago and started cam-whoring. haha.

This is what I really want to talk about; Life's a drama. Lots of things are happening around you that you don't realise it , cause half the time because you choose to shun away from worldly stuff. And then you wonder, Why's my life so boring?? Sounds familiar?

Quick news flash: Carlotta has finally got bangs, stunning the class with more cuteness. Today, the morning started off with Jessica and Zheng Fang exchanging vocals, boldly expressing their feelings of irritation at each other (along the corridor). I found myself sorta being the middle-man between two close friends of mine (stuff like this really makes it complicated for me ah :-/). And most recently I got news over the phone, from a highly distressed dear friend, that a hapless someone is currently faced with a somewhat long-term unfortunate event. And lastly, Jessica Simpson ballooned thanks to child birth.

Sigh.

You are seriously mistaken if you still think life blatantly lacks colour. Open your eyes and get out from under that rock!

Something random for you: http://tv.yahoo.com/blog/what-you-dont-know-about-tyra-banks--163

P.s!!! Don't forget to catch me KC floorballers on Channel 5, tmr night(weds) @ 7.30pm !!!

"When I grow up,
I wanna be famous
I wanna be a star,
I wanna get b***ies"

Citizen Journalism in Action:

As I was making my way to class at East Point mall, I was taken aback by the immense amount of people in the mall. Since when did EPmall become so popular? I had to force my way through the crowd or I'd be super late for class. Ladies and gents, when I said crowd, I meant masses and masses of people.
I soon learned that some "superstar" had appeared in Simei. Nevertheless it drew the attention of fans all across Singapore who flooded to EPmall for this die-die-must-go event. So, who exactly is this guy? you wonder. The answer: I don't know. Mr What's-his-name (aka Xiao Zhu/Show -.-) can sing, dance and is charming. Must be right.... Mind you, this guy must be famous or else you wouldn't find fans queuing over an hour for a scribble. Yea, autograph.
Stared pretty long at the posters hung around the mall. His face still ain't familiar.

Autograph session:

woah check it out...

count the floors!

I can't believe I rode the lift up twice just to get this shot.

Okay, this is madness.

Aiyo so budget ah. He's not that famous. Really. hahaha. At least this guy managed to drew a crowd x100 bigger than Taufik Batisha's (held @EPmall too last yr)
Pssst!! If you turn to the sports section (page c12) of Home, 6 march 09, you will see Rena in her blue jersey running with her floorball stick.

Something marvellous to boast about; Katong Convent won B Div title for school's first national crown. The headlines says it all, "Floorball Queens Make History" Yup they've clinched trophy for champion, topping Northland sec in the finals. I went to support Rena and Gracia, along with Sue Yuan Shimei and a lot more others to witness the finals, held at Republic Poly. Finally got to see them in action man! :D Oh, and the tv crew was there as well! So tune in to channel 5 next weds, 7.30 !!! (you might even got to see me cheering amongst the crowd.haha)

there she is! (2nd from right)

Such a seasonal blogger I am. Tsk to you if you had given up on me long ago. Guess I'll be blogging only when there's something worthy to talk about. But I can't help it if it gets wordy.

Gah. Pimples. Eyebagggss...
